Special delivery requests
In special cases, delivery may be arranged to the UAE or Kuwait upon request and only after confirmation by HUSL.

Special international delivery charges:

UAE: $40
Kuwait: $50

International or special-case orders may be subject to different delivery timelines and approval requirements.

Delivery partner
Orders may be delivered through iCarry or another logistics partner selected by HUSL.

Delivery fees
Delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed before order completion.

For returns without a valid product issue, the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume, holidays, and courier conditions. Delays caused by the courier, weather, public events, customs handling, or inaccurate customer details are outside our direct control.

Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing:

correct full name
correct phone number
accurate delivery address
prompt response to courier communication when needed

HUSL is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
